The 2025 Keelung City Expo’s main visual, “FLOWING HARBOR, GLOBAL KEELUNG,” transforms typography into a series of iconic visual symbols, representing the city’s layered history and evolving cultural identity.

Each icon serves as a fragment of memory and perception drawn from Keelung’s past, shaping its cultural character and future outlook. Flowing in rhythmic motion like the tides, these symbols connect the city and the world, reflecting Keelung’s distinctive spirit and its continuous momentum toward the future.

基隆作為台灣與世界交流的重要港口,承載多元文化與開放的城市精神。2025年的城市博覽會主視覺設計以「FLOWING HARBOR GLOBAL KEELUNG」字母圖像,轉化為ICON視覺語彙,象徵基隆在時間長河中累積的文化與歷史厚度。
